Two words excellent service! I mean the staff was professional, skilled, kind and the quality of their work speaks for itself. I called a few months ago to inquire about replacing the fire proof door in my apartment that was old, rusty and in really bad shape. Within a week they sent a representative to measure the door and provide me with a quote. If you're like me and you don't have experience with The quote was very detailed with a sketch of the door and a detailed explanation of the services and cost. At first I thought it was a bit pricey, but after consulting with a few other companies it was a fair price and they give you a discount if you pay cash. On the day of the installation the staff was timely, prepared and did an excellent job! ~ Elle

Universal Fireproof Door has great customer service. My mother needed an emergency installation, the door was custom and Ms Marcela guaranteed she would take care of it and she did JUST THAT!!! She had Raymond come over the same day to take measurements and the next morning by 8am bright eyed and bushy tailed her crew was at my mother's place to install the new door. We haven't had any issues since then, and she has assured me that if we had any problems we were covered by the warranty and not to hesitate to reach out to them for anything. Universal fire door made our door purchase so easy. We told them what we needed and they worked with us to get our beautiful front entry door. We needed a high security option for our office front. Universal are thorough in their email and phone communication to avoid any errors on sizing and were extremely helpful and informative on what would be the best options for us. My doors just got installed this week and we am so happy with the results. The whole process was very seamless from beginning to end - from selection and pricing then the delivery of our doors. I worked with Ari via email and phone who is extremely knowledgeable and she guided us in the right direction – we could not have done it without her. I recently placed an order for custom fireproof doors for my boiler room, and working with Ashley was an absolute pleasure. I ordered one steel door from them, and during installation they discovered that the frame was not plumb, causing the door to touch the second existing door. They offered me a great price to replace the second door and customize it so the frame wouldn’t need to be touched (replacing the frame would have been nearly impossible due to the finishes around it). Their team came on-site and installed both doors without any issues. Very neat and professional staff. I will definitely order from them again in the future. ~ Ionut N

My door installation was done so well.Proper measurements, proper maintenance during the installation process, and they used the right screws, and started with a level sill.
