Customer's reviews
This is by far one of the best companies I have come across. They are responsible with tight time lines, the install staff is knowledgeable and very delicate with the quality of work that is being performed and their prices are competitive; an added plus. Thank you to Christian, one of the managers, Kenny, my salesperson and Paredes the installer. They worked hard at ensuring that I was happy with the products and services; and that I was. This was not my first job with this company as I am a landlord in Bushwick as well as a childcare center owner that needs these fire rated doors to always work properly. I have worked with them throughout the years and they do not disappoint. I highly recommend this company.

Two words excellent service! I mean the staff was professional, skilled, kind and the quality of their work speaks for itself. I called a few months ago to inquire about replacing the fire proof door in my apartment that was old, rusty and in really bad shape. Within a week they sent a representative to measure the door and provide me with a quote.
If you're like me and you don't have experience with The quote was very detailed with a sketch of the door and a detailed explanation of the services and cost. At first I thought it was a bit pricey, but after consulting with a few other companies it was a fair price and they give you a discount if you pay cash.
On the day of the installation the staff was timely, prepared and did an excellent job!

Universal Fireproof Door has great customer service. My mother needed an emergency installation, the door was custom and Ms Marcela guaranteed she would take care of it and she did JUST THAT!!! She had Raymond come over the same day to take measurements and the next morning by 8am bright eyed and bushy tailed her crew was at my mother's place to install the new door. We haven't had any issues since then, and she has assured me that if we had any problems we were covered by the warranty and not to hesitate to reach out to them for anything. I definitely recommend them! this is quality customer service, they make you feel like one of the family! THANK YOU UFD!!!!
